Supporting Documentation

  • Certified copy of Investment License from the Zimbabwe Investment Authority
  • Company Registration Documents
  • Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Business Plan
  • Company Profile
  • Letter requesting issuance of the permit

 

  • The employee’s curriculum vitae/resume clearly detailing his/her background, education, employment history, skills and key proficiencies
  • Copies of documentary evidence of the employee’s qualifications and experience (e.g. Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, or Testimonials)
  • 2 Passport size photographs (as well as for any dependents where applicable)
  • Copy of the employee’s passport’s biodata page (as well as for any dependents where applicable)
  • Copy of employee’s birth certificate (as well as for any dependents where applicable)
  • Copy of the employees marriage certificate (if married and wishing to apply for his/her partner)
  • The employee’s radiological certificate not more than 6 months old (as well as for any dependents where applicable)
  • Police clearance from the employee’s country of origin duly notarized at the Zimbabwean consulate therein where applicable
